How to Activate Your Account

To create an Eat, Sleep, Poop account, you need an activation code. If you have purchased an activation code or received a code (for example, as a gift or from an invitation), follow these steps to activate your account.

Step 1: Go to the app

Open the app (https://app.eat-sleep-poop.com) and select Sign Up to create a new account.

Step 2: Fill out the signup form

Enter your email, password, full name, and your activation code in the signup form. The activation code field is required. Each code can only be used once.

Step 3: Submit and verify

After you sign up, check your email for a verification link. Click it (or enter the verification code manually) to verify your email and complete account setup. Then you can sign in and start tracking.
